Perhaps they are things you’ve known you’ve wanted for your wedding since you were a little girl, or maybe they are new concepts you’ve noticed in one of the many bridal avenues of info. With all the input swirling around–bridal magazines, the internet, television, books, wedding merchandise, bridal consultants and wedding planners, suggestion from your mother, suggestions from your mother-in-law, suggestions from your bridesmaids, suggestions from your nosy neighbor/grandmother’s bridge friends . . . a wedding can become a very frenzied state of affairs!
If you’ve done some of the work and need a little professional polish to make sure you’re dream wedding becomes divine and not a disaster, this package was designed with you in mind. After all, you don’t really think all the starlets in Hollywood do it without top advisers, stylists, and fashion gurus creating all the glamour behind the scenes, do you? We are here to help you look, feel and be the ultimate bridal goddess. Even the most magnificent beauties need a little guidance from the pros.
In addition to making everything flow properly on your special day, we will give you the professional touch to your wedding day vision from decor to day of activities to create your luxury wedding. This package gives you a planner to assist you when you get “stuck” in your processes, with the comfort of knowing we will step aside when you want to plan on your own.
In this design guidance and wedding day direction package (demi circle), you will receive all of the following planning elements tailored to your style, personality, and budget!
Pre-Wedding Activities
- Up to twelve (12) hours of consultations in person, phone and via email
- Wedding design development
- Customized Imagination Palette to clearly define your wedding vision
- Custom wedding planning worksheet
- Vendor referral list, tailored to your budget, style and personality
- Vendor contract review
- Final consultation to determine the order of service for your wedding day
- Create detailed and informative timeline/itinerary for wedding day
- Timeline distribution to all vendors the week of the wedding
- Final vendor confirmations/follow-up prior to wedding
- Rehearsal coordination and direction (up to one and one-half hours)
Wedding Day Activities
- On-site wedding day management, including one assistant (8 hours of consecutive time)
- Oversee and manage wedding day installation (within allotted time)
- Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pens.
- Orchestrate ceremony activities, including cuing musicians & lining up wedding party
- Bustle the bride’s gown after formal pictures are complete
- Direct guests to the reception after the ceremony
- Greet guests as they arrive at the reception and take cards and gifts to the gift table
- Coordinate all reception activities
- Assist guests in finding their tables for dinner
- Communicate with the catering staff to coordinate dinner service
- Line up bridal party for introductions into the reception
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Provide wedding day emergency kit
- Coordinate, manage and trouble-shoot on your wedding day
- Collect and secure all wedding gifts and keepsakes at the end of the reception (before 10pm)
