I am definitely a traditionalist when it comes to invitation. Paper invitation, response cards, maps, the works, you name it I’m for it. Hand addressing envelopes is up there on the list as well. But what do you do if you have HORRIBLE handwriting? Or if you’re like most brides, have NO time on your hands and heaven knows your fiancé isn’t much help (his hand writing is doctor scale horrible!).
Of course you can hire a calligraphist to address all your envelopes, but that can be time consuming and expensive. Although these aren’t new, I’m happy to stumble upon these fantastic treats for the addressing impaired.

Whether pre-printed or do it yourself, these little beauties can spice up any invitation and carry through the details of your design from the start.

I love how this address label spices up a plain envelope and gives a customized look.
There are plenty of sources to design labels for you, one great source is Etsy. Another great source I found is Magnet Street. They offer lots of options, including uploading a photo to put on your label.
If you’re up for the challenge, you can create your own right at home with the DIY template I found. If you dream it up you can completely customize these yourself! There are many calligraphy and elegant fonts online to help you find just the right print to polish of the look and print them off at home on label or full label sheets and cut to size. Good Luck!
