It’s Thursday, already. Where did the week go? This month is chalked full of events for Full Circle Eventi. As I mentioned on Monday, Pam and I attended the networking meeting and signed a couple great vendors to our repertoire, more information to follow. And then, of course there is Christmas. But right now, I am excited about my trip to Los Angelos, a cultural Mecca! I’ve been running around crazy all week, get everything together.
I am headed to LA to visit family, but while I’m there I’ve planned some insider scooping on the LA wedding scene. I was really looking forward to meeting Fri from Wedding Nouveau, but I am so happy that she had her baby girl on Sunday, and we’ll have to postpone it for the next trip out! Instead I am going to seek out a couple other wedding and event coordinators for some coffee talk. I’ve planned a trip down to the flower market, to be swept away in fragrance and exotic flowers, maybe muster up some décor ideas! You know me; I’m all about unique twists on traditions, so I will be looking for the hottest images to liven up the Midwest market. The best part, since I have family in the area, I anticipate doing this at least once a year!
Aside from preparing for this exciting trip, I’ve been busy completing the designs and plans for the upcoming Bride-to-Be show display at the Dearborn Hyatt. My surprise delight is on board and ready to go at the booth! You need to stop by and see what it’s all about; I promise you won’t be disappointed! Promotional material is on its way as well. Finally, I promise the final information on the chuppah/mandap display will be posted after I get back!
